Eligibility for Returns

  1. Unused Items: Products must be returned within 28 days of delivery and remain unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. This ensures we can verify the item’s condition upon return.

Include a description of the issue, along with clear photos, and your order number. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  3. Used Items: For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles. We encourage customers to read scent descriptions before purchasing, as preferences can vary.
  4. Scent Preferences: Please note, scent preferences are subjective, and returns are not accepted solely because a scent does not meet personal expectations. We recommend trying a sample if you are uncertain.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Used or Opened Candles: For health and safety, any candle that has been used is non-returnable.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Items specially made or customized to order are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Sample Bags or Discovery Sets: These items are intended for sampling purposes and are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Description of the item(s) being returned

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will apply only to the product’s purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.

If the item is returned due to an uncollected package at a sorting office or pick-up point and is subsequently returned to us, your refund will exclude the original shipping cost.
